The design and the technical solution of the loader is the continuation of the XX3 series. This model, unlike to higher capacity loaders, has an integrated frame with tanks and fenders mounted on it. The tanks can be simply filled after opening the lockable rear hood.

The boom of a new shape is connected via EURO fixture with the frame. Such junction assures its high stiffness. Once the tipped forwards the cabin and rear hood, all aggregates from anywhere are easily accessible. The cabin meet the safety regulations ROPS, FOPS. A wide field of view, reduced noise and vibrations, along with a very ergonomic layout of control joysticks - that all make a high contribution to a high operator's comfort.

The loader drive is hydrostatic, the KUBOTA D1703 - EU32 STAGE III A engine with 27.5 kW output at 2800 r.p.m. is used. The travel mechanism incorporates a tandem control hydraulic generators and four travel-hydraulic motors with gear box that drive each wheel independently. The working hydraulic circuit consists of non-control hydraulic generator, distributor with open center and direct hydraulic motors. The loader is hydraulically controlled while the attachments are electrically controlled. Optionally, the mechanical control of attachments is available upon request.

The loader as it has been designed reaches high outputs at working due to its considerable values of drawing and digging thrust. All used aggregates cause its high reliability, a long service-life, and a smooth run. The loader L 453 with its parameters represents a top at the technical level of skid steer level.
