Concept of this loader is based on simple frame, on which other parts of the loader
are subsequently fixed. Detachable side gears with slow running hydraulic engines
require no care during the loader’s service life. There are mudguards screwed
on the frame together with directional lights and rearview mirrors. Freely mountable
tanks to frame together with mudguards create new and more dynamic look. Tanking
is very simple after opening backside-locking cover.
An enforced boom of new design with quick-clamp is fixed on the frame. This solution
ensures a high consistence of the working device. After tilting backwards the
cockpit and backside cover every aggregate is easily accessible from any place.
The cockpit meets every safety requirements ROPS and FOPS, views, noise, vibrations,
and whole control components are arranged ergonomically, so a high comfort of
operating is guaranteed.
The loader has a hydrostatic drive using the engine YANMAR 4TNV 98 ENWI STAGE III A with output
44 kW at 2500 rpm. The traveling mechanism consists of regulating hydraulic generators,
traveling hydraulic motor and side travel drives. The circuit of working hydraulics
consists of non-regulating hydraulic generator and distributor with opened center.
All hydraulic aggregates are made by BOSCH-REXROTH GROUP and so, a high reliability
and durability is ensured.
